Thank you for shopping with Eazywell! We do our best to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. This shipping policy describes how we handle shipping and delivery of your purchases.

Estimated Delivery & Delays

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed for a specific delivery date. 

Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the shipping date. However, due to high demand and international shipping conditions, delays of 7 to 14 additional business days beyond the estimated timeframe may occur.

Such delays do not constitute non-receipt and are not valid grounds for refunds or chargebacks while the order remains in transit or has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these delivery terms.

1. Order Processing

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2 business days after receipt (except for Pre-Orders). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Order confirmation: When your order is processed, you will receive an email with your order details.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping options: We offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express delivery. Available options are shown at checkout.

Shipping prices: Shipping fees depend on weight, selected shipping method, and delivery address. The exact price is displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. Delivery Times

Expected delivery time: Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. Timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and serve as guidelines only; they are not guaranteed.

In general, orders are expected to be delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the shipping date, subject to potential delays as outlined above. Pre-orders will follow the disclosed delivery timeframe on the product page.

Tracking: Tracking information is provided upon shipment, allowing customers to monitor the progress and status of their delivery.

4. International Shipping

Availability: We offer international delivery to selected countries. If your country is not shown at checkout, please contact us at support@Eazywell.net

Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs, or fees. These are paid by the customer and are not included in the shipping price.

5. Shipping Delays

Unforeseen delays: Weather, customs processing, or shipping company issues may cause delays. Thank you for your understanding.

Delayed, lost, missing or damaged shipments: If your package is delayed, lost, missing, or damaged, contact us at support@Eazywell.net – we will work on a solution together with the shipping company. This includes filing the necessary reports.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

Correct address: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete. eazywell cannot be held responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect information.

Re-shipping: If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping costs may apply.

7. Split Shipments

Multiple packages: If your order contains multiple items, these may be shipped separately depending on stock status. You will receive a separate tracking email for each shipment.

8. Order Cancellation

Before shipping: If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@Eazywell.net Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

After shipping: If you wish to return a product, we refer to our return policy.

We strive to answer all customer inquiries within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Limited support may be available on weekends (Saturday–Sunday), and response times during this period may be extended. Customers are required to allow reasonable time for a response and resolution to their inquiries.
