Return Policy

At Eazywell, our customers' satisfaction is absolutely the most important thing. We want you to love your purchases – completely hassle-free. If you're not fully satisfied with your product, we're ready to help you.

We accept returns or exchanges of items purchased through our website within 60 days of the purchase date, provided that:

  • The item shows no visible signs of use or damage.
  • Original packaging is intact and undamaged.
  • Damaged items may affect our Eazywell guarantee.

After 60 days from the purchase date, returns or exchanges are no longer possible.

Please note that certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Intimate or hygiene items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

How to return or exchange an item

Contact us at support@Eazywell.net with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Our team will assist you according to the guidelines on this page.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For returns, we recommend insured and trackable shipping, as we otherwise cannot guarantee receipt of the return package.

After shipping the product, provide the return tracking number to us by email at support@eazywell.net. You may also take a photo of the receipt showing the return tracking number and other details, and send it to us.

Refunds

Once we have received and reviewed your return, you will receive an email with information about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within 2–3 business days after confirmation, please contact us at support@Eazywell.net so we can investigate the matter.

Order Cancellation Policy

Pending Orders (Not Yet Processed)
Customers may request to cancel their order prior to processing by contacting our support team. Once a cancellation request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent within 24–48 hours after the cancellation is completed. Refund timing thereafter depends on the customer’s payment provider.

Processed Orders (Fulfillment Initiated)
Once an order has been processed and entered our fulfillment workflow, cancellation requests are no longer guaranteed. If the shipment has not yet reached the carrier’s initial scan and our team is able to successfully intercept the package, a refund may be issued. Intercepted orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the date of confirmation, after which standard payment provider processing times apply.

Once the order has reached the carrier’s initial scan and is in transit, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded. At that stage, the order is considered fulfilled and in the possession of the carrier, and our standard return policy will apply upon delivery.

Important Notice
Customers are required to contact our support team directly to request cancellations, refunds, or assistance with their order. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with the merchant may delay resolution and may not be considered a valid method of cancellation.

Limited support may be available on weekends (Saturday–Sunday), and response times during this period may be extended. Customers are required to allow reasonable time for a response and resolution to their inquiries.
